In the school of Joseph, model of our spiritual fatherhood
Keywords:

The text presents Saint Joseph as a model of spiritual fatherhood for priests and seminarians, drawing on Pope Francis’s apostolic letter Patris corde. It highlights seven characteristics of his fatherhood: love, tenderness, obedience, acceptance, creative courage, work, and discretion. It also understands priestly fatherhood as a service of love and care for the Christian community through evangelization, the Word of God, the Eucharist, and personal witness. Finally, it invites priests and seminarians to follow Saint Joseph’s example, strengthen pastoral charity, and reflect the love of God the Father.
