Abstract

The article presents liturgical spirituality as an essential dimension of Christian life, going beyond the mere observance of external rites and regulations. Drawing on the liturgical movement and the Second Vatican Council, it emphasizes the liturgy as Christ’s action in the Church and the importance of conscious, active, and transformative participation. It also highlights the inseparable relationship between liturgy and spirituality, whose signs and celebrations should lead to a deeper union with Christ. Finally, it stresses that the liturgy, the source and summit of ecclesial life, should extend into everyday life through an existence consistent with the Gospel.
